Mounir Troudi’s musical career is punctuated with several collaborations with figures of the international musical scene, such as the Italian Antonio Maiello, the Turkish Mercan Dédé, the Tunisian SKNDR and the Canadian Erik Truffaz. They have, one by one, enriched his career. However, he never dissociated himself from a musical heritage that marked his early stages : Sufi music.

He is renowned for innovating and introducing for the first time the notion of choreography in the bharata-natyam, a style of classical dance of South India, usually a solo practice.
