Muwashshah, as its name indicates, is articulated around the form and musical genre of muwashshah. It could be considered a way to travel back in time… and in sounds, starting from the Andalusian era to modern times.

The Centre of Arab and Mediterranean Music organises during the month of Ramadan a series of concerts entitled « Ramadan nights at Ennejma Ezzahra ».

In partnership with the French Institute of Tunisia (Institut Français de Tunisie), the Centre of Arab and Mediterranean Music organises an artist residency on May 11th and 12th which ends with a concert on May 13th at the Ennejma Ezzahra Palace.

Created in 2011, BB Band is a Tunisian-German cooperation project, essentially built around the work of the Tunisian composer Fadhel Boubaker.
