As part of the 3th edition of International Musicological Prize, named "International Musicological Prize Mahmoud Guettat" was created by the Minister of Cultural Affairs to encourage musicological research. The Organizing Committee invites all researchers to send their latest publications wich must be an original work or a book about a musicological text translation.

The CMAM has the pleasure to invite you to the launch-dedication of the beautiful table book "EnnejmaEzzahra, Treasures Unveiled", Artworks and Objets-d’Art in Baron d’Erlanger’s palace in Sidi Bou Said, by Mounir Hentati. The ceremony will take place on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 5:30 pm at the Ennejma Ezzahra Palace.

The Tunisian academic tour of Jean-Jacques Nattiez begins Tuesday, April 23 with a conference entitled "Structuralism, semiology and hermeneutics in musicology." The conference will be held in the afternoon (16h) at the Center for Arab and Mediterranean Music CMAM (Ennejma Ezzahra). It will be followed by a debate and a concert of Tunisian traditional music signed by the orchestra of the Higher Institute of Music (ISM) of Tunis under the direction of Anis Klibi.

The Center for Arab and Mediterranean Music hosts, on September 28 and 29, 2018, the International Symposium: Musical and Therapeutic Mediation in partnership with the National Association of Music Therapy. Lectures will be given by Tunisian and foreign music therapy experts. The event will be open to the public on September 28 from 8:30 to 16:30 at the Ennejma Ezzahra Palace in Sidi Bou Said.
