The Carthage Association of Maluf and Tunisian Music is an association that aims to preserve the Tunisian heritage, music and authenticity. Under the direction of Zied Gharsa, the musical troupe will present a concert combining Maluf and Tunisian music to enrich a beautiful Ramadan night.

Muwashshah, as its name indicates, is articulated around the form and musical genre of muwashshah. It could be considered a way to travel back in time… and in sounds, starting from the Andalusian era to modern times.

The Centre of Arab and Mediterranean Music and the Hayyou’Raqs Association will organize a discussion panel entitled « Rhythms and dances in Tunisia: Intangible Heritage in danger » on June 5th, 2015 at 9:30AM at the Ennejma Ezzahra Palace.
